Participation Rules and Guidelines
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all members, the Online Photo Club follows a clear set of rules for participation. Each photographer may submit one image per category: domestic animals, exotic animals, or marine animals. Please limit file types to PNG or JPG All submissions must be original work created by the participant, and images should not contain watermarks, signatures, or identifying marks that could influence voting. Photos may be edited for color correction, cropping, and exposure adjustments, but excessive manipulation that alters the authenticity of the subject is not allowed. By submitting a photograph, participants agree to have their work displayed on the website for the duration of the contest.
Voting is open to all members of the club, and each person may cast one vote per category. Participants are encouraged to vote based on creativity, composition, and overall impact rather than personal relationships or popularity. Any attempt to manipulate voting results, including duplicate accounts or automated voting tools, will result in disqualification. The winning photographs will be featured in the Past Winners Gallery, and photographers retain full rights to their work. These rules help maintain a positive, respectful environment where creativity can thrive and all members feel welcome to participate.
